Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Pure Threads Studio. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@purethreadsstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for exchange. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
We offer UK-wide delivery on all orders. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Pure Threads Studio collects personal information (name, email address, delivery address) solely to process and fulfil your orders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to complete your order, such as our delivery providers.
